What type of whey did you use?
I was thinking of copying the base of your diet , but I wouldn't be able to have the casein before bed I'd probably have cottage cheese. Would I be able to get away with only 2 scoops of whey per day do you think without suffering muscle loss?
Also What type of cardio did you do after workouts? Low intensity High intenisty HIIT?
