Hello,
Ive tried searching this topic but to no avail. Im curious what most efficient way to utilize White Blood 2, is it 50g+ carbs before you take the pills or do you ingest the pills right after eating the carbohydrates, and what would be the timing of the eating and pills in relation to working out. Any and all help is much appreciated. Thank you
