Hey guys basically I have been flat out in the gym up until a month ago, then I went to spain for a week, london for 3 and now I'm home for 3 weeks. I'm going buying an All In One supplement and one other but I dont know what other one to buy. I just want to hit the weights hard for the next 3/4 weeks and am wondering which would I benefit from more, BCAAs or a preworkout like NO Xplode. I dont have much money to be spending hence why I dont buy both. Can anyone advise me because I'm hoping 2 buy shortly..

If you need extra energy consider BEAST Mode as it will help you stay focused in the gym and give you the extra edge to perhaps crunch out a few extra reps.
If BCAAS are more important look into one of the best tasting products in BEAST Aminolytes.(**Beast Sports Nutrition Head Rep**)

On a limited budget, don't buy anything. BCAAs do next to nothing in most cases and you can get cheaper sources of caffeine than a preworkout (drink coffee?). Reinvest your extra cash into more food or perhaps a protein if you need help getting more protein into your diet.
However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results - Dr. John Berardi

I have went to the gym 4 times over the last 4 weeks but I just want to go hard again until the end of the month before I go travelling again. I'm just unsure as to whether a pre workout would push me on and make better progress or would the BCAAs help me develop & hold on to muscle mass for longer if that makes sense..

FYI you are doing a disservice to the company you represent by purposely pimping their products rather than answering OP's question. Makes you look like a tool.
OP if I were you I would just buy some caffeine pills (can be gotten for really cheap) for preworkouts and spend the rest of your budget on better/more food. But to answer your original question, I would probably choose a pre over bcaa.

Get a pre-workout that has a full dose of BCAA's (plus a full dose of creatine so you save on that as well). The new Shock Therapy has that and a lot more. You can grab some FREE samples here:

i think they are both important, but i'd have to choose bcaa's over pre-workout products. just because bcaa's really help in maintaing all that hard earned muscle you worked for during contest prep time. i usually take it 3 to 4 times a day when in contest mode and about 2-3 times a day off season. i feel it's a great supplement that really helps with recovery, muscle building and of course preventing muscle loss.

Appreciate the feedback guys. I am after stumbling across this supplement which claims to be both an amino acid and pre-wrokout. Can anyone advise me on t becuase I'm close to buying it. For those of ye who are wondering about the All In One, basically its a whey protein that also contains creatine, bcaas and a number of other things which you can consume in 1 go. Saves ya having to buy everything individually but workouts more expensive in the long run. the one I am taking is Reflex One Stop, I think Cyclone is the best but you get more for your money with Reflex..

I take Scivation Xtend as intra-workout but to tell you the truth, I don't feel anything while taking the Xtend. I don't see any difference in muscle mass and not sure about recovery. I stopped it for a month and yet didn't feel any difference. The only reason I take Xtend is bcoz of the taste It gives me wingsss !!!
