Cyto Gainer

I'm about to purchase Cyto Weight Gainer today, and i'm interested in how people are taking it. Is it to much to down with the 4 required scoops and milk, or do you guys split up your servings, eg., 2 scoops for breakfast, and 2 scoops for dinner.

when i used it i did the full 4 scoops and it wasnt thick whatsoever...cytogainers scoops are smaller and mix easy.

i use 4 scoops also, put it in a 20oz bottle, then fill the rest up with milk, and its fine to me that way.

cyto gainer is alot better to me than gainer matrix it has 3g of creatine and alot of them taste good. And with milk it tastes even better

4 scoops, fill the rest with milk. not bad at all. it mixes really well. i take it post work out. vanilla tastes like cake batter, which could be good or bad...depending on your take on cake batter.

i take 2 a day becuase i work out 2 times a day i take on right after are 7am to 7:50 am workout than i have 7th period workouts with the football team and i take one after that 2.

its up to you how you use it, i used cytogainer with muscle milk. i had a full serving of cytogainer after my workout, and half a serving in the morning and with my dinner.. full serving muscle milk an hour before my workouts and right before bed.. worked pretty good for me, and im a hardgainer..

I drink one of those per day. I try to get the rest of calories and protein from my diet. Supplements can get expensive.

if you've got the money, i use a MM shake in the morning then right before bed i take divide the CG into two (2 x 2 scoops w/ 16 oz milk) and in each shake i add in 1/4 cup of grinded up oats and a scoope of ice cream - taste awesome and a lot of calories.....around workouts i use just whey more quickly absorbed then i get the calories from real food

When I was just beginning to try to gain weight, I would use:

2 scoops Chocolate Malt CytoGainer
1/4 Cup Oats
1 TBSP Natty PB
14 oz Skim milk

It was pretty good, and made the Cyto last longer.

start makin some homemade protein bars too, that stuff is perfect for school and midnight snacks or whatever, helping me stay full throughout the day.
