    I do them with an ab belt, and two minutes is still pretty amateurish tbh. Most people on the street couldn't do it, but if you're a lifter you should be able to handle it no problem. I do around three and a half minutes usually.

    Just tried 2 mins. I'm a beginner and it was hard but I wasn't anywhere near collapsing
    Why are you trying to lose fat? If you're that skinny and still at 12% bf then you haven't got much muscle to show. Bulk.

    Talking about planks, does anyone know a way to increase your planking time? In right now at around 2.5min and wanna increase it.

    3 minutes, for me with planks its not just core strength its mind over matter you will feel the burn ,but don't give out.
