Just tried 2 mins. I'm a beginner and it was hard but I wasn't anywhere near collapsing.

I do them with an ab belt, and two minutes is still pretty amateurish tbh. Most people on the street couldn't do it, but if you're a lifter you should be able to handle it no problem. I do around three and a half minutes usually.

Talking about planks, does anyone know a way to increase your planking time? In right now at around 2.5min and wanna increase it.
