    new to supplements, working out

After slowly gaining weight over the years I decided it was time too shed some of my belly fat. Im 26 year old male.Started at 5'9 and 205 pounds. I am relatively thin except for a large belly. I have started exercising more and more and have tried different supplements at times to see how they work and how my body reacts to them. My workout routine is a two mile jog with the dog 5 days a week and have started the insanity workout to add some strength training to my workout. Not really looking to add muscle at this time just loose some of the belly fat. My diet has vastly improved and after three weeks I am down 15 pounds but have hit a wall in terms of loss. Im currently using muslce pharm products as i have enjoyed there taste ad reuls in the past, my question is, is there anything I can add to my supps list that could help my stack or a better idea of when i should take what I have:

    7 am- shred matrix
7:30 am 2 mile job with the dog ( more walking now, dealing with shin splints)
8:30 am breakfast ( usually thin roast beef on bagel then with a slice of cheese and lettuce
8:35. Muslce pharm assault followed by my insanity workout
    shower
    noon-shred matrix
12:30 salad with chicken and minimal lite ranch
    12:35 multi vitamin
5:00 dinner is usually piece of meat or chicken and a fruit or veggie
    7:30 drink muscle pharm amino

Is there somethng I can alter or add to kick start the fat loss, what the scale says isn't important i would just like to see my aist slim down a little more. i have introduced a medicine balls this week to help train my core more.

The supplements you have are fine right now. The biggest part of it would to get your diet and macros set in place. If you haven't already, you'll want to calculate out your TDEE/macros which can be figured out by visiting the Nutrition section stickies.

This! It seems your focus is greatly on supplement and food timing when it's really much simpler than all that.
