GNC Vitapaks or Animal Pak???

I got into a argument this weekend with a GNC employee about this subject. Which one is better and what other good daily multivitamins are out there??? thank you

This. When I worked there the only vitapak that were actually decent were multi greens pak and I believe it was called healthly aging pak. The problem with gnc paks is that you have to end up breakin the pak down and takin the ingreadients at different times. You come out cheaper just buyin all theingreadient separate. Animal pak for the win.

It does not cause cancer, if you are a lifter looking for a multi OT is a great choice.

Yes the multi is a great one but it really shouldn't be compared to single tabbed multi's in my opinion. You can only fit so much in a single tab.

They push non GNC products more, higher commission, my friend works there and explained everything to me when I tried getting the last spot.
