So I came across a video of Larry Scott demonstrating an old exercise called a scapular rotation. The idea is to "roll" the scapulae by first pulling your body with straight arms, popping the scapulae out and pinching them together, then throw them forward, relax, and repeat. He says they're great for lower lats, but they look pretty dangerous. Looks hard on the shoulders, though since it seems that the humerus and scapula stay together as a unit throughout the exercise, it might not be as bad. I'll try them out soon lol. It might just be more difficult in terms of muscular control. Any thoughts?
