    BSN True Mass VS MPH Up Your Mass

    hi guys....im 5ft 11inch, 174pounds, 79.1kg apparently approximately 17% odd percent body fat and i would like to bulk up a bit and loose some body fat at the same time, so basically grow lean muscle mass. i have got a serious gym + cardio programme and i have decided to take supplements but i am wondering which one would be best for me? i have two i have come down to:

    MHP definitely its the best gainer in terms of ingredients IMO but a protein powder with the addition of milk, pb, bananas, yogurt, honey, oats, ect will do the same thing for less money

    make sure your diet's in check. you should have no problem making steady gains off of whole food carbs/protein. read them nutrition stickies.
    with your stats i HIGHLY doubt you need a gainer. perhaps a regular protein powder would be better.

    Everyone here is going to tell you not to waste your money and just eat more food. While I agree with them, I'm gonna be the nice guy and answer your question. If you have to have one of those then MHP is the one to get in my opinion.

    oh ok cheers felas, and even if i wna put more weight on would a gainer still not be necessary?
