Just curious when yall are talking about ROM, do you mean how far down the weights go or how far out from the body? I don't like to dip down much more than arms at 90 degrees but try to go out as far as I can before it starts hurting shoulders on DB presses. Sorry if its hard to visualize what I just said lol

It seems like every time I see a topic detailing a certain lift(mostly always bench press or shoulder press) and also detailing the weight, it's a thread created by someone 5'6 - 5'8.
No offense but 157lbs pressing two 100lb dumbbells is impressive when the person is 5'10+ if even that short.
Another tip, I'm not sure what kind of shoulder injury you have, but at 5'6", you should be able to do full rom on flat bench...easily. At 210lbs I can touch my chest on each rep on inclined for 8-10 reps with the 100s and I'm fairly sure that my arms are around 1.5-2x longer than yours.I train myself physically, mentally, and spiritually; so that when life pushes with the hand of fate placed against my chest, I can push back ten times harder.

^this. they refrain from locking out because of the large amount of weight they're using. unnecessary stress on the joints. if you bench properly, your back should be arched and chest should be stuck out and you should be leaning into your traps. that way you can break parallel without over stressing the shoulder.

Yes it's amazing. Good job man!! Better than me for sure.
You are making a lot of assumptions. I have very limited ROM due to the injury so it's not until you have the exact same biomechanics as me that you would be able to make this evaluation
No incline messes with my AC joints so bad. Same with standing military press. But I can do db shoulder press.
Thanks man and sorry about the weight throwing lolUSPlabs Representative. Alpha Manlet.
