    Bench Fly Form Question

I've watched the videos on here, and a few other sites on flat bench db flyes and they all seem to differ a bit. When doing them, how much should your arms be bent? At a 90 degree angle so it's almost like a neutral grip bench press, or at less of an angle, closer to straight?

I typically keep my elbow angle at around 5-10 degrees, so just a slight bend in the elbows. The straighter your arms arm, the longer the moment arm is, which allows you to produce more torque.

Closer to straight. I try not to let mine collapse into less than a 135º angle.

Just personal preference but for me, arms nearly straight. With flyes, I have always preferred a lower weight/higher rep range. Certainly not an ego lift, IMO.

Yes, it does. Depending on my routine at the time I have used them off and on for many years.
