    Need a cutting diet Pronto Did CKD for 1 week but didnt enjoy it ..

    I tried CKD for a week i couldnt handle it . . .i felt dead people was noticing I wasnt myself . . . so i just did my refeed and looking for a new diet can someone give me a good Cutting diet to follow I am 185 lbs around 16-17% body fat i would like to get down to 10-12% . Im 5 Foot 10
    Give me rules please im doing Kris Gethins 12 week workout program

    read the stickies my friend find out how many calories you need a day and then subtract 500 from that to give you a pound a weeks loss any more and youll probably lose muscle
