there are tons of studies which show that proper clean fats increase testosterone. and u kids think u can eat a big mac and large fries from mcdonalds everyday as long as it fits ur macros is gonna be the same as olive oil fats or almond fats...
iifym is bs. only works for people with good genetics such as black people. i know tons of black people who are shredded and huge and they dont even count there macros and eat pure junk.
its genetics kids. and no im not racist, so dont even try to throw the race card at me. in fact, im envious... i am mirin there genetics...
if ur going to follow if it fits ur macros... 90% of ur food should be nutrious.
have some ketchup added to ur nutrious eggs into ur macros..
or have some fruit punch sugar drink blended in with oats to blur the taste and drink it.
the bulk of ur diet should be nutrious
i can hit my macros perfectly eating fastfood, whey protein powder, and serious mass weight gainer shake and then a multi for my micros(LOLS)
but guess what. i wont see the same results as if i were eating mostly clean EVEN IF MY DAMN MACROS WERE THE SAME.
SO FK OFF U SKINNY FAT OR BLESSED GENETICS PEOPLE
EAT CLEAN. SEE RESULTS.

I have macro total I hit everyday. I eat 90% 'clean' food. (chicken, eggs, tuna, whey, oats, milk, and other whole grain foods)
The other 10% i will have whatever I want that fits my macros.
Since I have started doing the above plan I have lost 5-6% body fat. For the first time i have visible abs, and still get to enjoy a little food every day. IIFYM works for me and I will continue to do it. Have fun starving yourself of foods you enjoy for no reason.

1 meal has little to no effect on anything in the grand scheme of an entire diet full of whole foods dense in micronutrients. Nobody has ever stated that iifym means disregard micros and eat whatever you want all day. If all i eat all day is chicken breast, oatmeal, veggies, and healthy fats then i have a burger from mcdonalds its not the end of the world nor a detriment to my diet overall.

700 calories of rice. 800 calories of steak. 200 calories of salad. and 400 calories of fried platoons.
learn how to cook. u should not be relying on garbage food unless u want to look like garbage.
olive oil for my salad... olive oil on rice so i dont sticky the pot when cooking.
and lil olive oil on my faty juicey fking steak.
all this in 1 meal.
not to mention protein shakes. and oats for breakfast
etc. u guys dont doont know how to cook. enjoy ur empty calories while i enjoy my real food. u need to learn to cook.
