I'm starting Erase (original, not Pro) on Monday, planning on sticking to two caps per day to avoid achy joints - Should I take one in the morning and one at night? Also is it best on an empty stomach or with food? Googled for a bit and couldn't find answers (mostly to the food thing )
The only other anti-estrogen thing I've used is Triazole (which I loved) but wanted to try Erase since I'm cutting and I've read about it's ability to lower cortisol levels as well (currently cutting).

Cortisol levels are [typically] highest in the morning and then post workout. Cooper recommends dosing Reduce XT pre workout instead of post however. Yes, i know this is about Erase but there is some relevance to the topic at hand. Definitely dose one when you get up, and then 1 with your pre workout meal would be great. If it's not spread out enough, i'd dose post workout. I always like taking everything with food. Erase v1 is a great product.
