Grill steaks straight-up. I like to finish steaks with a home-made compound steak butter. One of my favorites is chipotle peppers, roasted garlic, and cilantro. Been meaning to create a Gorgonzola one as well.

Garlic powder, cracked pepper & mixed herbs. Moroccan spices are pretty sensational on chicken too.

Fried onions and ketchup with a steak, unless it's a matured chuck of angus then it'll just have pepper...both MUST be accompanied by field mushrooms too!
Chicken breast...just wrap it in a slice of parma ham, stuffed with a little smoked cheese if the mood takes me.

Mrs Dash garlic & herb for chicken. When it is almost done I splash some balsamic vinegar, not sure why but it works wonders as far as flavor goes.

Lately, I've been using Mrs. Dash's Mediterranean blend. Goes well when I make something like a cucumber salad as a side.
But when you learn to blend your own spices, the sky's the limit.Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

I use a Lemon pepper grinder for my chicken.
With steak I use Sea salt & cracked black pepper. I'll also get rubs and sh!t when I'm wanting a different spic/flavor.Last edited by Anthony21; 06-03-2012 at 02:39 PM.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
