Started high school at 5" tall. Voice didn't drop till senior year of high school, srs. I was 120 lbs 5"09 when I graduated. Now I'm 145 lbs 6", so still a lanky mother****er, but i still get laid so idgaf. Being a latebloomer made me learn the virtue of patience and gave me strong character. It made me focus on my grades more in high school so I graduated to get a full ride into my university. I also had to be funny to make friends because if you aren't funny and you're a manlet you're going nowhere. So yeah.. At the time it sucked, but I'm thankful for it as I'll grow old gracefully and still be in my prime well into my 30s. I still look 3 years younger than my age but nobody cares. Now when I go see my old school buddies, it's impossible to not get comments on how different I look. TBH it's kind of annoying, but I abide.

My cousin went from 5"10 to 6"3 in 2 years, I'm hoping to hit 6"0 because every male in my family is 6"0 or more

Not for me. Dat dere steady growth. Was like 5'5" at 15 and grew steadily only 1-2" every year, and that rate is still going for me even at 21 and 6'1" (doctor says I have 2 more inches left after getting growth plates examined). My friends and others around me only started to notice when I was 19 at 5'11".
Would have rather preferred a quick growth spurt and be 6'3" and done with growing at 17.

I was 5'6" 18 months ago and now I'm 5'10. I dont really care now, it would be cool to be 6'1 or 6'2 but its a 3 inch difference who gives a fawk.
6'3+ is lame unless your a monster, good clothes get harder to find/awkward giraffe.
On a side note my dad was 5'6 his senior year of High School and grew 5 inches when he was 19. (now like 5'11/6)
Same thing kinda happened with my grandpa.
So yeah you can grow late regardless of any other development in your body, just depends.
