    Does the Ab Wheel really work?

    I'm thinking about making a homemade one (screw paying forthat ****) and I was wondering if it's really any better than decline weighted sit-ups, leg raises or planks.

    This. The ab wheel is ok to start off with but the real challenge is loading 200+ on a bar and rolling that out and in for high reps.

    Started those about 2 months back and my squat, deadlift and OHP shot up instantly.

    I think rolling left and right is useless brah. You're better off doing max reps straight really controlled and working up until you can do it from a standing position.
