i guess ill try this out. already do most of those except internet/book. i got to start cutting down on my internet time, but i'm not going to read that book, rather read something i'm interested in.

or you could basically do a month-long cycle of prohormones and the side-effects are everything you've mentioned. you can't drink alcohol/smoke on cycle, it will kill your sex drive so no worrying about fapping/sex, and you are not supposed to (nor will you need) a caffeine fix. and you make srs gains

48. I am also gonna be working on my sleep hygiene at the same time.
I spent 3 months in China doing pretty much what you said. I ate clean as ****. Would go to bed at 9:30, woke up at 6.
No alcohol. Barely spent any time on the computer since I was working about 55 hours. Was lifting 5 times a week too and the results were just unbelievable.
