are you serious? Stop with the "clean" and "dirty" food mindset and read the stickies at the top of this sub forum....Quantities (and their subsequent caloric values) of food is what is will affect weight loss/gain, not the name of the food item...I eat ice cream almost every night but manage to fit it into my caloric goals...check the AVI, clearly "eating dirty" has had no ill effects for me.
