Started volume training 2 weeks ago . been eating like a beast!. been carbing up. I was intermittent fasting for cutting and was feeling a bit flat. please critique physique! rep please if u think my back transformation is awesome!. I was actually skinnier than this when i first started sorry i have no pictures of it. I was skinny fat as well. :/

thx bro. yeh i posted it just then. I was actually even skinnier than that! haha. well i been on and off for about 2.5 years now. I started in 2010. trained for about 4-5 months then stopped gyming for 6 months. my aim was not bodybuilding it was for vertical leaping so i only did powerlifting. I started again for another 5-6 months haha. This time with a bit of a focus on bodybuilding. then had another 6 month layoff. During those years I had uni on so it was interfering with my diet/training. so yeh.... haha
I have taken a year off uni and it has been paying off in my gains. I have been on for about 4 months so far with good diet and training hard. With a focus mainly on bodybuilding but i do powerlift because that is my core/foundation. i.e the squats,bench,deadlift,rows and military press. hope that answers ur question!

Thx brah! My back routine is:
4x5 deadlifts
5x5 barbell rows
3x5 weighted pullups
3x10 cable face pulls
3x5 dumbbell rows
3x8 dumbbell/w bar pullovers
This for my heavy session... I work all my muscle groups twice a week. I use alot more machines on my light session and reps if ur interested I can post. I also do chest with back haha gets intense
