well i got perfect nutrition and workout consistently get great pumps and all, though i get about 1 rep gain every workout for like chest.
thing that sucks is i have a very mesomorphic build and it is frustrating that i can not gain muscle.
Signs of low testosterone I have:
Not attracted to anyone sexually, get about 8hours sleep and always tired, frustrated, slightly depressed, loss in muscle, fat gains, hard ons are not as strong as they used to be.

I have a good amount of fats bout 75g around 20 saturated and 55 mono and I find it hard to study in school and stay concentrated, i find it hard to learn simple thing now, i have no motivation to study, i dont get as excited over wanking or girls as i used to, and its sort of hard to get a hard on (no homo), i have good nutrition, good form and get pumps when working out and train intensely, each workout i only gain about 1 rep and i am a beginner (on the bench press), i am frustrated lately, i am slightly depressed, i think my balls are small not sure tho (no homo), i sleep about 8 hours and still feel tired and i am not as motivated to workout as i used to be tho still am, and like when parents leave and house is empty i used to get all excited and pumped when i could watch porn but now its like meh. and thing is i have a muscular build for a beginner and am pretty strong too but my effort doesnt seem to add with the results, im 5"9 154 pounds/70.2kg 14% bodyfat
