    2. Beta-alanine

Finish it off. Let's leave out staples like protein powder, fish oil, and multivitamins.
I would agree with Creatine and Beta-alanine being on the list as they are both helping your muscle recover as well as Beta-alanine will increase the levels of carnosine in your muscles which will supply more oxygen to them increasing endurance. With creatine, regardless of it being nitrate, monohydrate or creatinol-o-phosphate difference being absorption. However resent studies show that creatinol-o-phosphate is not likely to be wasted as much as its absorption is greater. Glutamine, definitely on the list as its levels in your blood deplete after physical exercise, it aids protein synthesis, release of energy as most amino acids do, and also accompanies various anabolic processes.
A great deal of your gains can be increased with a strong mentality, to increase this mentality DMAA will increase mental clarity and focus whilst the caffeine, which is a psychoactive drug also will act in similar effect of clarity and increased rate of cognitive function however the DMAA will allow concentration on your workout and limit caffeine's ability to loose concentration.

Loling at beta alanine and CM
Do a pubmed search for those two products and get informed, they work well.

BCAAs are far from necessary. Creatine, Beta-Alanine, CM, and Nitrates are the main ergogenic aids. Things like ALCAR and other noots definitely work as well.

    This b4 anything else
There is no reason to supplement with Omega 6 and 9.

supplementing with Omega 3 alone is better

Look under your chair. YOU GET A REP, AND YOU GET A REP, REPS FOR EVERYONE! If I get a rep, you get a rep, every time. Give me a link to make my life a little easier.

If you don't give me a link and you didn't post in the thread you rep'd me in, I'm not gonna go searching for you. I'll get everyone on recharge.

creatine, beta alanine, protein powder (if you consider it a supp), cit. malate, fish oil.

Lol there are actually many that have evidence backing them up. Something like BA is pretty expensive though.
