He was definitely heavier and less lean last season. As a result, his athleticism suffered. Dude didn't have the hops, agility, or explosiveness that he usually had. It was well-documented that he really worked hard to get into better shape during the lockout. He's still heavy at 255+, but got a significant amount of athleticism back and also looks leaner. I never believed the "LeBron is losing his athleticism" comments though...he's 27 and in his physical prime. His head is still at the rim on dunks and he's still has an incredible amount of speed and agility for a guy his size.

Dont know which Lebron yall have been watching. When he jumped over the guy for a that alley oop earlier this season that was not camera angle. His first step is still extremely explosive and his speed enables him to constantly beat people down the floor. Far from a Heat fan but the man is still the best athlete in the NBA. As for getting a body like him he is one of those guys that genetics has blessed him. To be that big and heavy and still be that much of an explosive athlete is hard to duplicatewww.TrainWithSykes.com

He's bigger now because he has added more strength to his game he understands that he is at his best when attacking the basket smaller guys who are slashers run the risk of getting hurt more ( see d rose in Chicago) regardless he is still perhaps the best athlete in the NBA he's is built like a linebacker but runs like a sprinter

He was definitely bulkier and less trim last period. Consequently, his athleticism experienced. Guy didn't have the trips, rate, or explosiveness that he usually had. It was well-documented that he really proved helpful difficult to get into better appearance during the lock out. He's still hefty at 255+, but got a lot of athleticism returning and also looks thinner. I never considered the "LeBron is dropping his athleticism" feedback though...he's 27 and in his actual excellent. His go is still at the rim on dunks and he's still has an large number of rate and rate for a guy his dimension.
