    HI, i'M LOOKING FOR NEW IDEAS FOR FOODS HIGH IN COMPLEX CARBS. RECIPES MEAL IDEAS. MY DIET PLAN IS 5 MEALS A DAY 150G OF CARBS PER MEAL. HIGH IN COMPLEX CARBS FOR A SMALL AMOUNT OF FOOD.

    Why are you doing this? I hope you know meal timing is irrelevant as well as what type of carb it is. You could just eat 150g of sugar.
