Can you deadlift and squat on the same day?

Sorry for making an ass out of myself in my previous thread and I'll be sticking too rippletoes 5x3 workout but what concerns me is that he squats and deadlifts on the same day. I respect he's probably got this down but does anyone have trouble doing that?

I very rarely deadlift without squatting first. So yes.

Every time I do front squats I like to deadlift afterwards. Warms me up well, isn't that taxing like a back squat, involves the back more so it gets a good warm up as well. You could try front squats first if you have a problem and work you way up to back sqauts.

I do this often. If I use a deadlift for an ME movement, I will go for a 6-10rm on a squat movement and vice versa. Also, I squat and deadlift on the same day at least once a week on DE days

It won't be a problem, I usually do squat before deadlift on my leg workout.

Physically impossible. After you squat, when you try to pick up deadlift the bar, the gods of powerlifting don't allow you to. They don't want you to overtrain bro brah man dude guy.

    See what I did there?

Absolutly you can. It's very tiring, and sometimes my lower back is pretty stiff from squatting, but it's do-able.

This simple fact makes powerlifting meets very difficult.
