Just feel like posting some pics of Pakman who is having an incredible year. Couldn't get an Arnold RLS but what do you guys think is his future ... His conditioning was really good from the back if you look at AC pics this year and his shoulders seem a little bigger too.

as great as he looks from the front, i cant see the judges putting wolf behind pacman based purely on a comparison of there backs.

Im not really sure if I like this guy.

I thought he was great at the shows because he was one of the only guys coming in shape. He looks horrendous to me now honestly, he should seriously work on never turning around with his glutes unflexed, never.

I literally said holy fukk when I saw his hammies in the BDB. This guy's biggest issue is and will be his structure, namely his torso. I know that's been said before but if his continues making improvements especially to his back he could be interesting to follow

I don't think he has the genetic structure or shape to be great. If you look at guys like Yates, Ronnie, Phil, jay etc. they all started out with good, (fairly) balanced physiques and added size to that. Ben does have that freak factor though

Just look at the difference in his RDB in his calves, hammies, glutes and lower back. If he keeps improving and bringing that back up he will definitely be fun to watch in the coming years. I really like his MM and FLS!

Yea difference of conditioning in his hams and glutes is unreal!! I think if he came in like that for the Flex Pro he would already have his ticket to the Olympia. Why was he such a different shade in the AC, Does anyone know what he used for color?

He did come in looking like that at the flex pro(not to say he already didnt deserve that title). He just never flexed his lower body in a RDB.

In real news, to me, it seems he just needs to pack on that size into the back and arms. Everything else seems pretty developed and conditioned. Don't know if his shoulders overpower his arms or arms just need to get bigger...

Ben has some poses where he looks really good in. However, his back is a major weakness.

lower body of a god + olympian conditioning. back is the only weakness imo but once he improves that, he will be a major force.

There's nothing bad about his structure it's just that his bdb is a major weakness for him. Overpowering delts and his back just look small in the bdb. On his frame at least.

He and roelly are kind of in the same boat with that one, but i see roelly having more potential.

After looking at the thread with Phil Heath from the 2010 Arnold, Pakmans conditioning almost looks like a guest posing ! Insanity !

i dont know why or what everyone else is seeing here.

i think his conditioning and colour was better at the 2011 flex compared to 2012 AC, wayy more details. 2012 his colour was too light and glossy and the light reflects really bad off it minimizing his detail in pics.

No chance, he has no back, awful waist, awful arms, just an all round awkward structure

Triceps and lats are his problems, no need to freak out and **** on the man. Aimed at everybody.

Best legs in the sport right now, but far too weak in the back to do any damage unless he brings it up. The arms are just minor weaknesses. And it looks like his lats have actually regressed since the last showing. A lot of the flare and thickness has gone.
