    training every day on a cut

    hi guys need some advice im trying to cut off the fat but it does n ot seem to be shifting i train 5 days a week

    monday legs
    tuesday shoulders
    wednesday back
    thursday chest
    friday arms

    diet

    morning oats and protein shake fish oil


    lunch

    chicken rice fish oil salad pepers aple or whole wheat bread

    afternoon

    turkey breast rice or pasta with vedge flaxseed orange

    dinner

    rice chicken vedge or bolognase with lean beef


    i feel fatigued sometimes and now ive adde cardio in the evenings could do with some help
    the meals am small potion

    my abs am partially showing but been like this the last 2 years

    im 185 pounds

    Beat me to it again, training with that split is ok but I find Full Body routines or a push/pull way more effective.

    i will be honest i have felt like crap the last 6 months turning to energy drinks to boost my metabolism trying to cut futher calories i think my serotonin levels am down i feel like i ahve a lump in my throat depressed fatigued i have a tension headace sometime putting myself through all this to jsut get my abs through im going on the scales everyday weigh myself in the morning im lose a few pound then when i come back from the gym im 4 pounds heavier and i think what the hell im extreme dieting wehr eim jsut eating oats rice chicken fish oil salad vedge turkey

    Chest and back can easily go on the same day, and make for perfect supersetting. A full day on shoulders? And another full day on arms? Sounds too much like someone who curls in the squat rack!

    Do you have the major compound lifts worked in there?
