    IMO it's not that it's superior in any physiological way (may or may not be), but it certainly FEELS superior to myself in a psychological way. As a chubby I'd much rather eat 1-2 good sized meals in the afternoon/evening than to eat 5 small ass meals throughout the day. Its just a matter of what's sustainable to myself. I've tried both but its more difficult to me to watch others eat a badass dinner while I eat a chicken breast and cup of rice.
