You've probably already fixed it by now… if not, ew. But future reference… hot water and a light-colored washcloth (preferably white) so the color doesn't bleed. Just wet the cloth and scrub really hard on the stained spot. Semen is relatively water soluble and should go away in a jiffy, did this to the seats in my car and it worked fine
