Not in that its a bad lift, but because if anyone ever asks you what you bench you will sound like a complete liar.

315 is pretty much the number everybody and their mom claims. Can't wait to hit 320 or something.

how is that possible?.I haven't done barbell dead lift in a while but last tried i tried 4 plates i couldn't do a single rep.Most i ever done was 405*5 & 475 max,2011 march

Yeah brah, once I lifted this 1200lbs empty bar, but didn't get world record DL because weight is evenly distributed thus weighing nothing

i know 4 plates=405.Ever since i had a tendon injury in right biceps i havent tried deadlift heavy.Once in a while i do deadlifts on smith machine with 2-3 plates/side at the end of the back exercise

I benched 308 (metric 140kg) last week for the first time, got 2 out.

It didn't feel like it sucked, you don't see too many people do over 225 easily, unless you're in a big gym.
