    Cycling off 100 serving wf tub, green tea?

    Cycling off for 1-2 months... Am I okay to drink green tea or will it negate the effect of cycling off? Not sure how caffeiene heavy green tea or wf is...

    Just go no stims until you think your ready to hit a pre workout again. For me it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to feel that im ready for more stims. Dont drink any coffee, soda, or anything else with caffeine. It may be hard at first (headaches and such). If you start to feel very tired and a lot of pounding headaches then i suggest buying some caffeine pills and slowly tapering off. This will take longer for the stim break to be over with but its worth it. Just MO.

    Sounds quite harsh didn't think there was much caffeine in WF or green tea?

    I dont believe there is too much in WF but you posted about cycling off, do you cycle off from stims? or just WF?

    EDIT: Do you want to cycle off stims all together or just white flood?

    I have a cup of green tea in the mornings during stim breaks. If you want to cut caffeine entirely pick up some benadryl for the first few days to avoid headaches
