So I've been taking whey protein without really knowing what I was taking, I went into a GNC and said; "I want to lose weight and fat," they said here try our wheybolic, stack it with fish oil, and a multivitamin so i tried that and the only thing i gained was weight... Now I know that muscle ways more than fat and the only true way to lose fat and weight is exercising... I also know that in order to have successful fat loss you need a higher protein diet... I KNOW ALL OF THIS that is not what I am asking. So after all that i decided it was time for me to get educated on whey protein. I had heard about the different types but never knew which one was best for me I thought they were basically all the same. After doing my research I found out that the Isolate was the best choice for me it has the highest contents of protein with the least grams of carbs. My question to anyone is which Isolate should I take? Which one is best? I want the most protein with the least carbs, sodium, etc. I have read stuff on ISO pure, Six Star nutrition, and a few others but I wanted someone else to speak for the product itself. Thanks for the advice ahead of time, and if you have a fat burner program working for you can you also share? Right now I am doing 1 day chest/bi's, 2 day back-uppper/ lower, 3 day shoulders/tris, 4 day legs/abs; on days 1 and 3 I do at least a 30 minute HIIT cardio on the treadmill, and days 2 and 4 I run for distance, usually about 4 miles. One week is heavy the next week routine is light. At the moment the only supplements I am taking is fish oil, Animal Pak, Cheaters, No current protein until I can get good words put in for types of protein.

Never buy anything or listen to anyone at GNC.
For good protein look into:

I agree with Steven, you have to stay committed to your diet in order to properly lose weight. Nutritional supplements should be used to aid you in the process. It looks like you do a lot of cardio, so substitute days you lift for a crossfit program and plyometrics.
Best of luck bro.
