Hey,
i'm currently on a cut and i'm wondering wether i could start to use diet whey as my main protein source?
i currently use phd diet whey, gives you 35g of protein a serving with 8g of carbs and cla, L-carnitine and green tea extract.
It fills me up quite well, only is 200kcal a shake, tastes nice enough and is acctually cheaper than buying loads of chicken..
So my question is to yous, would it be a good idea to drink say 3 or 4 shakes a day of this? and use it as my main protein source?

Probably not a good idea. Getting nutrition from food is going to yield better results than just downing shakes all day. There is a reason those protein shakes are called "supplements". They are supposed to supplement what you already eat during the day, not replace it.

i know it would be better, but it is always a drag for me to eat so much of it, and i rather the shakes, i only plan on doing this for a couple of weeks to drop a few pounds for holidays, i just can stick to a diet better composed more of shakes, plus it takes up less calories! in another way of putting it, would it be bad for me?
