Protein shakes at night, and should I take a week off?

Ok so I have 2 questions:

    1. I eat dinner around 6pm everyday after training with a protein shake. About 2-3 hrs later I have another protein shake. At mightnight everynight I have ANOTHER protein shake. You know so my body has sufficient protein to keep my muscles nourished after training. Is this ok? I don't really eat anything else with the shakes or anything else the rest of that night for that matter. Also I am cutting so I don't want to eat too many carbs and stuff late.

    2. It feels like my training has kind of slowed down in the sense that I don't feel I push myself hard enough or have as intense workouts compared to when I started. Could this be because I am cutting? I also eat most my carbs before going to the gym and after when I eat dinner. I was wondering if I should take a week off for recovery and to get my mind back in gear.

Srs question.. Do you eat meat? and eat your food whenever you like, meal timing isn't significant enough to
effect body composition. On a cut, I personally have a big meal pre-workout and another pre-bed.

Do whatever you need. Rest, day off, or change routine.

Sounds like it would get seriously expensive. Why don't you just eat more actual food man? Also your body will be fine overnight without a protein shake right before sleep.

Eating before bed kills your natural growth hormone, i never eat at least an
Hour before bed at the shortest. Also yes your lack of good workouts could be because of your cut, depeleting too much glycogen from the muscles, and not eating carbs throughout the day will harm workouts.

A week of could be a good idea but i would also look at hi/low carb days, carb cycling. For example, go 2 days with carbs halved your normal, if not less, but upp fats and protein so your calories dont drop too much, then day 3 eat your matnience. Ive done
This and it worked very effectivly for stripping body fat and i felt like i disnt really loose any strength! Even like a
High, medium then low carb day might work, you gotta figure that out yourself though, just experiment! Good luck brah

I'm not even gonna bother finding links to prove you wrong, though there are hundreds...I kinda thought that this was relatively common knowledge on this site by now. You can eat whenever you want and it will have virtually no effect on body composition.
