Is there any special advantage of this hot and humid climate ?i very well know about the drawbacks..
Is there any bodybuilder here from equatorial region experience the same issue.. r u making insane muscle gains ??or its just bad disadvantage that we all have to deal with..is it impossible build an amazing body if u r from hot and humid region like me??
hot climate is bad due to
1>dehydration
2>High stress and cortisol release .
3>Metabolic slowdown loss of appetite.(cant take calories)
4>always uncomfortable feeling.
5>Lack of proper sleep and HGH release.
6>loosing poundage on every reps .
strong men always come from cold regions?? ..any comments to confirm this fact will be helpful .

In the cold your muscle fibers would be reluctant to contract. Lets say you took a rubberband and placed it in a hot climate and one in a cold/colder climate.
Hot: It would expand and become more malleable.
Cold: It would stiffen up and could most likely snap/break.
In colder regions you tend to do more wood chopping/heavy manual labor, this also keeps you warm. Your body can become efficient in both warm and cold climates, but it's more effective to lift in warmer/hot climates. Your blood is flowing at a higher capacity as well, meaning better pumps and use of oxygen throughout your body. You are also at a greater risk for injury lifting in cold weather because your muscle fibers stretch and contract better in warm weather.
Now I know in some cold regions/climates you are at much greater altitudes, meaning more red blood cells(due to thin air). Coming from a higher altitude to a lower one, you could perform more proficient than someone who did the same training at sea level. Your red blood cell levels would return back to normal after some time though.
If you simply mean, stronger men are breed/derived from colder regions...i am not a history major. I will tell you this though, while performing physical exercise, temperature matters.I strive to be like myself because I know that I can always improve. If I sculpt my goals towards another persons, I will eventually reach it. No matter how far I advance, I will strive to be better than the previous day.

Indian brah checking in !!
It's 42-43 degree celsius in my state these days.
I train in my home gym, i don't think there is advantage of hot weather.
I use two fans while training, i am always afraid of cold/running nose as i sweat too much while training and fans blow air to keep me cool.
I would pass out if i have to train without fans.
I do cardio around 5 in morning, and i am dead tired/ drained after 10 sprints,
but i was doing 15+ sprints easily with better sprint timings in winters.
Just had to warm up for longer times back in winter.
All in all hot weather sucks when it comes to training.
It's all good till it's under 35 degrees.
Feels bad man.forever cutting .
when it'll be my turn of dat dere 6% bodyfat?
Time to bleed.

It's tough, but you can make it work. My gym doesn't have airconditioning and I go during the day when it's between 38 and 42 degrees outside. I make sure that I'm well-hydrated which is about 2 liters of water consumption in the roughly 2 hours that I'm at the gym. I do tend to feel uncomfortable/hot and it takes longer to catch my breath and at times I do feel sick/queasy but all secondary to my goal of kicking ass at the gym!
People have complained about loss of appetite, but I haven't experienced that so far - it's still rampant as ever. Though I should say that the queasiness does make it difficult to gulp down my post-WO shake.
Otherwise strength, stamina and sleep patterns are good. I don't really feel a lot of difference between training during cooler and hotter temperatures.
