Im on bb ss, and i just cant seem to increase my deadlift... even at a surplus.
I increase more weight on my squat than my deadlift...
Ive been stuck at 265 pounds for like a month now, the max i got was 3 reps..\
Is it my form? should i deload to 225? Here is a vid of my form at 265
Please help me!

Can't see the video man :/
Don't deload that much, maybe just to like 240 or so and move up from there but make sure you're in a surplus!Upper/Lower

Change grip. Using from double overhand to mixed grips increased my DL from 90kg to 127kg. Then, I deloaded back to 117kg so I can get 129.5kg lol.

Same prob at 295.
Just reset after each rep so you can have better grip, just don't take 30 seconds or more in between reps, it's still considered a set."it's never too late to be the person you should've been" -unknown

Dat dere chalk, bruh. And when you're lifting even if it doesn't feel like it's leaving the ground at first, don't give up on the lift. Obviously don't stuff your back up but don't give up if you don't feel the weight immediately budging either.

I cant believe no1 has asked OP how many reps he does per set, how many sets he does, etc.
Although Babylover's post seems like a joke, he's pretty much dead on. The only thing I would add is to make sure you do sets of 3.ส็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็็ I rep back

only thing you need is to just have double overhand grip..sure you cant pull as much but your less likely to round back and forearms get worked alot more.... I was at 225 struggling to hold it but after a week or two your numbers will improve... when i first started i used a mixed grip but noticed that i had more back pain also
