    Last Little bit of fat

    Is there some kind of trick to getting below 9 % bodyfat I am having a hell of a time trying to get that low. I lift 3 days a week now and I have been doing Insanity only one week left. I eat 1gram of protein for each body of lean body mass and always hit my marcos. I have been eating at a 300 calorie deficit. I am just at a loss of what to do any help is appreciated and thanks in advance. I will post a pic to show you what I mean.

    your body gets adjusted to the deficit when you reach lower body fats levels, you might need to refeed 1-2 days a week and maintain a deficit the other days to keep fat loss up
