 Question???
Hey all, i got a question. Ok i have like a really good muscle type thing in my arm. I not sure what its called or anything. Its kinda a peak between my bis and tris. Ok when u flex ur arm supinated style its like right between my bicep and my tricep. Its pretty kick ass and makes my arms look huge. Just one problem, im the only one at lifting in my school who has it and i dunno how i got it. any one know any exercises that could be workign for it. Im pretty sure supinated curls are working for it but i wanted to know of any others?? THANX

It is a cool muscle isn't it?! No one I asked knew exactly what it was, but I know now. It's your brachialis. Hammer curls and reverse bicep curls work it. There may be some other exercises too.
