Just out of curiosity....how many calories are people cutting at right now?
I am at between 1600-1700 w/ 150-160 grams of protein. I would be interested to see where everyone else is at as well.

Hovering at 168. Still eating more this week, and unfortunately working out a bit less, no more weight gain from last week. I'm happy about that. Average of 800 extra cals a day for the week and no gain. I think I may be close to my maintenance again. I'll stay here for a bit and probably cut cals after surgery.

I'm cutting harder(1k below maintenance) and doing more cardio than anyone on here yet I am not seeing the results I'am expecting. The scale showed 189,2 which means that in 15 days I lost 6,6 pounds. I know the lower you go the harder it is to lose weight but I didn't know it would slow down this much. I was expecting at least 8 pounds for these past 15 days.
This is irritating. I have lost so much weight yet I am still by all accounts fat. 189 for 5'7 isn't glorious. I still have a massive belly a fat ass and wide hips. I can see more upper body definition but I am so tired of being overweight this is killing me. Next 15 days I want to lost at least 5 pounds so I weight 187 at the end of the month.
Right now I'm doing 1 hour of med intensity cardio after every workout and I workout 5 times a week.
I am thinking of maybe using a fat burner or something to help speed the process anyone that knows more about this can advice me please?:)
Im fat and overweight, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
Im skinny and need to put muscle on, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
I have loose skin, how do I get rid of it? Lift heavy and eat well.
My GF cheated on me, my worlds ending what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
My Daughters boyfriend is a gang member who is leading her astray, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
I'm 10k in debt, what do I do? You know the drill. No excuses.

6.6lbs in 2 weeks is very good going. 8 pounds in 2 weeks would be a 2,000 calorie deficit which with a BMR of about 1900 would not be a good sign.
Stick with it. I'm the same height as you and started roughly where you started. However I'm 19lbs lighter and I still have a massive belly, a fat ass and wide hips. I suspect I won't be slim until under 150lbs. Remember that it's a marathon, not a sprint.
