I've been participating in the Mar1-Jun1 weight loss thread and I've enjoyed the company and support. I haven't seen a new one yet, so here I am to get it started.
Just a few rules
1. Reply to this thread saying you're in and give me your height and I'll get started on the spreadsheet.
2. On June 1st post your start weight...pictures always welcome, but not required.
3. Weigh ins will be on Fridays and I'll post the spreadsheet some time over the weekend....try to post weigh ins no later than Saturday if possible so I can get the spreadsheet finished.
4. Winner will be the person with the highest % of weight lost, so everyone has a fair shot at the win.
5. If you miss 3 weigh ins you're out.
Have fun everyone and lean on each other for support.

I love the leadership, Crystal! First weigh-in this Friday, right? I gained ten pounds over the weekend but we'll see what it settles down to by Friday. I can send you the MS Excel spreadsheet that I made up for the March-June comp when Kelekin was missing so you can use it for this one.
"It doesn't matter what exercise you do, but man was made to move, to eat sparingly, to work hard and to screw as much as he can manage. Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do." You can do it....and I'm sure you'll know when to start your bulk. You'll be able to feel it and see it.
Yep, first weigh in is Friday. I'm sure that 10 will melt away by Friday....you ain't got nothin' to worry about. Hope you indulged in a few desserts with you're wife. Thanks about the spreadsheet, but I've already got one goin' in openoffice. Appreciate it though. The bad weather didn't blow in on you this week did it? Sure hope it didn't.

The gist is, we all try and help motivate each other to reach our goals and you report your weight here weekly. Just weigh yourself every Friday and post in this thread your weight. Crystal will record the weights for the week and add them to a weekly sheet. Winner gets bragging rights, everyone else sheds unnecessary fat so its a win win
