Phil has him on conditioning in abs, obliques, hammies and glutes. Also lower back striations. Cedric's calves are never going to be what Phil's are because of the difference in insertion points. If you really want to start nitpicking, Phil's forearms are worlds ahead. I see Phil running into serious trouble in the years that follow, provided that Cedric stays injury free and stays right on the money with his condition.

Seems like Phil has deeper separation and a little more overall detail. Phil really has his conditioning down. He pretty much nails it every time. If Cedric can stay on it and remain injury free though, it won't take just maybe one or two more years before he blows Phil away. I don't see how Phil could possibly make a huge improvement in that time. Not to say he won't improve but I think given Phil's structure, he's pretty complete. More mass may actually begin to detract from Phil's lines. Phil is awesome, just I think he's hit his peak. Maybe I'm wrong.

I think Phil wins but it's closer than people think imo.

Everyone says that Phil is maxing out. He has come back every year better by leaps and bounds. In the pics I have seen of him this year, he looks like he is going to bring an even better package this year. He hasn't showed any signs of slowing, and I don't think he will. Cedric in 2014 will have to compete against Heath in 2014. I can't wait to see that ****. Phil is just getting started.

I'm actually surprised by how good Cedric looks in comparison to Phil, even though scaling isn't perfect.
+ I would think that the lighting at the Olympia would be more favourable than the NY Pro lighting (going off pics).
No doubt Phil Wins, but I think there's areas where Cedric has structural advantages and there's some poses that he could challenge him for.
But Phil is much too complete, I don't see anyone coming close to him this year.

I actually like Ced from the back much better, it's very difficult to judge w/o them standing next to each other under the same lighting. Phil wins easily but Ced's definitely hanging in there in some shots already. If we're talking about pure potential Ced has it big time, Phil is already pretty much maxed out. I'm afraid if Phil gets any bigger it will be his downfall.

Phil is just way more conditioned and complete at the moment. Would love to see these guys on stage next to each other however, would be pretty interesting to see.
My vote is for Ced in the long run, his potential is just too hard to ignore. The following sentence is false.
The preceding sentence is true.
