I'm 6'1" and have been everywhere in weight from 210 to 150 lbs, lifting at all stages and having different levels of strength but struggling with eating issues (and thus not successfully bulking). I was up to 165 lb, but after an injury kept me out of the gym for about 4 months, I'm back down to 155 lbs. If I got my eating in order, what would be a realistic goal weight to do a lean bulk to by 3 months? As someone who has struggled with weight and eating issues in the past, although I can accept some fat gains anything too much would probably cause me to freak out and stop the bulk.
Also, any advice on calories. When I tried bulking around 160 or 165 I was doing around 3200-3000 on days I lifted, 2800 on off days. I'm assuming I would eat less now? thanks
