That how the program is gonna look like
A1 volume
Squat 5X5 across
Bench Press 5X5 across
Bent Over Row 5X5 across
Calf raises 3X12-15
A2 recovery
Light Squat 3X3
Press 5X5
chin ups 3X12 body whight (should be pretty easy)
A3 intensity + arms
Squat 1X1-5
Bench press 1X1-5
Deadlift 1X1-5
Dips 2X6-8
French press 2X12-15
Barbbel curls 2X6-8 + 2X12-15

this week im gonna do the program and check on what are my working whights cuz im just geting back to the gym after an injury the next week i will start the program with 20 KG less in squat and deadlifts and 10 KG less in press Bench press and bent over row
