Hey guys I have a question about my girlfriend. She wants to know the best way to get rid of cellulite on the butt/thigh region and tone the area up. But the kicker is she likes the way she looks everywhere else and doesn't want to lose fat in other areas of her body. I was wondering what the best diet/training combo is to target that area while leaving the rest of the body relatively untouched?

Please don't call it cellulite. It's fat. Call it fat.
Unfortunately you can't choose where you lose fat from or where your fat goes to - otherwise all women would have DD breasts and no fat anywhere else. When you lose/gain fat, you do so all over your body. If she wants to lose fat, she's going to lose it everywhere. Since she's so worried about her butt, take her into the gym and teach her how to do squats. As she cuts down if she works on the gluts her derriere will have a more attractive shape to it.

She just needs to clean up her diet and it will go! Seriously it's a different type of fat an it's got to do with water and the liver and all this boring scientific stuff but basically if she eats clean same cals she will clear it up without losing her form. Pee squats and weighted squats are great too. I'm not a scientist but it worked for me. Tell her about the ******** group Clean Eaters, it's a great support, and there are some incredible cooks in there with great clean recipies. Win for both of you!
