Current comp prep won't see me go below 150-160 grams carbs including trace nutrients & veggies etc.
Looking forward to some higher numbers agin soon though!NICK CHEADLE FITNESS

((maintenance calories minus 300) - (protein in grams multiplied by 4) - (fat in grams multiplied by 9)) / 4 = carbs per day (in grams)
I treat carbs as a dependant variable, and protein, and fat as independant variables... fat, protein are constants, and carbs fluctuate with the amount of calories ingested.Livestrong!
