    ^ this. When i saw 48g of fat...i was like....whaaaat. even if ur LBM was 130.....times .45 which seems to be the going # for fat macro calculation ud still need over 60g's to hit ur macro.

    Normally i range from:
    40-50g fat
    180-210g carb
    150-160g pro

    but always at 1800 calories

    refeeds i hit about upwards of 350 carbs though. 2400 calories total.

    My body is still developing therefore Im still gaining muscle whilst losing fat and the only way to gain lean muscle mass is a high protein diet. I only eat my carbs at breakfast and pre-post workout. Try looking at matt ogus and Greg plitt

    ((maintenance calories minus 300) - (protein in grams multiplied by 4) - (fat in grams multiplied by 9)) / 4 = carbs per day (in grams)

    I treat carbs as a dependant variable, and protein, and fat as independant variables... fat, protein are constants, and carbs fluctuate with the amount of calories ingested.
