After a while you get desensitized by watching these things. You realize this isn't happening to you, there is no reason to cringe, feel nauseous, etc... you then just feel... empty when watching it. I actually feel upset when I watch things like this not because it's gross or I feel bad for the person, I just feel sad because I don't really care anymore. This stuff happens every day but most of the time it's not recorded and put up on the internet.
