Basshead had a very good explanation as to why the actual murder video is not around.

I think I know why the actual murder is missing. He probably charges extra for certain portions of the videos. Wherever this video came from, the person probably bought it with varying parts missing from it. Certain sections like the actual murder, probably cost more since they would be the riskiest to have out there. Probably some sort of insurance so that if it were ever brought to court, the fact that he was the one who actually committed the murder might not be proven.

The guy who committed the murder is a bisexual porn star. In my cliffs, I cite a interview where he says that in the adult film business, you want to give your clients a small sample before you give them the full video. I believe he's using his experience in amateur porn to do the same thing with snuff films.

This guy is obviously fuked up. He is at the very least associated with a convicted serial killer. He's also an amateur porn star. In an interview with NowPublic, he states "If you want to sell content to people, make sure to only send a small sample and have a contract and asking price ready." A miscer theorized that the reason why only the dismemberment of the body and not the actual murder is out on the internet right now is because the dismemberment is the "sample" and that the murder would cost extra. I think the fact that he's been connected to the murder of kittens is an obvious sign that he himself could kill a person. After all, most serial killers start off on animals. On yahoo answers, some guy explains who Luka Magnotta is. Clearly not the best source, but this was 4 years ago so it gives us an idea of how he was viewed back then.

Luka magnotta is this canadian 24 year old man who posts videos of himself on youtube to try and get celebrity status. He says he is a pornstar but i think that this is a load of Bull s**t. He is extremely obsessed with his looks and desperetly wants to be the new james dean. He has many accounts under different names where he also makes tributes about himself. This Cancle family guy video is so he can try and be like chris crocker. I don't think he even gives a **** about Family guy. Some of his accounts are Madonnaman and SMCYO. He is just some guy from canada who desperetly wants to be famous. All this stuff on the internet like Luka on wikipeadia, IMDB, his website, all the blogs on the internet about him are all written by him, himself. In a short way of putting it, he's a jackass.

1. Despite all the evidence others and I have garnered up, I don't think that it's enough to make this guy guilty of anything. It's all speculation, although I feel 99% right on my feeling.
2. No evidence that this guy murdered the guy in the video. Personally I think some shady people came to him with the body knowing that Luka was both a sadistic individual (from rumors associating him with a serial killer and the vids of him killing cats) and he was fine doing weird ass **** on camera (being a gay porn star).
3. Luka Magnotta is his stage name.
4. It could be fake. Lettuce be real, these rumors of him associating him with serial killers, cat murder videos and now this has really spread his name out there. If you read what someone had to say about him 4 years ago, it appears he REALLY wanted to be famous. He might just be trying to appeal to the sick fuk demographic.
5. Police not aware. This vid came out on the deepweb about 2, 3 weeks ago and appeared on the surface web I believe two days ago. Also a story like this isn't going to make it onto the mainstream news. You think the 6 o'clock news is going to headline a story of a gay porn star who killed cats this time cutting the limb off a dead body and using it to jack himself off. The only people really aware of this video right now are people like us who are on the internet a lot.

I believe this is an authentic snuff film, most likely related to an organized crime ring. Sad to know we live in a world where people will film such atrocities for money, and there are those willing to purchase this type of material.
