The guy's name is Luka Magnotta. He is apparently a bisexual porn star and has had a relationship with Karla Homolka. Homolka is a convicted serial killer who spent 12 years in prison after murdering two teenage girls and her own sister. More information can be found on her wikipedia page.
Conclusion:
This guy is obviously fuked up. He is at the very least associated with a convicted serial killer. He's also an amateur porn star. In an interview with NowPublic, he states "If you want to sell content to people, make sure to only send a small sample and have a contract and asking price ready." A miscer theorized that the reason why only the dismemberment of the body and not the actual murder is out on the internet right now is because the dismemberment is the "sample" and that the murder would cost extra. I think the fact that he's been connected to the murder of kittens is an obvious sign that he himself could kill a person. After all, most serial killers start off on animals. The kids in 3 guys 1 hammer started off killing and torturing animals themselves, then went on to making snuff films partly for their own enjoyment but also at a possible attempt at selling them online.

Let me say first I haven't seen the video nor intend to. I'm creeped the fuk out just looking at this guy's photos. Last thing I need is to see him jack himself with a dismembered hand.
Apparently some think the body and limbs are too stiff and they wouldn't stiffen that quickly. People also say there isn't much blood but that could probably be explained by curting the throat so the body would already be pretty drained.
I think it's real. You have a guy who's associated with fuked up people, has a career in doing fuked up gay **** on camera, and has murdered kittens on video. Why wpuld anyone take the time to make a fake video.
Also, this has happene before. In Germany there was a guy eho wanted to get murdered and eaten and another guy who wanted to murder and eat someone. A match made in heaven.
