Found a meet in my state March 16th, figure I should just do it to get my feet wet before I do something more serious.
Also that'd be the end of Coan/Philipi DL routine so it'd line up perfectly.Sheiko? My journey to 1,500+ @ 165

I'm sure you'll figure it out haha, have a friend help you?
Nah it's EPF or some other unheard of federation. The closest USAPL meet would be in NY in like a month, or VA/OH (I only said Ohio since I have family there).
I just want to do this to do it. Are there any other respectable RAW federations I should keep my eye out for? Realistically NY/MA would have a bigger PL following and they're much closer to me.
I hope!Sheiko? My journey to 1,500+ @ 165

It'd be like preparing your entire life to bang 100 chicks in a row, getting tan, hitting the gym, making sure your hair looks right and reading the Kama Sutra, only to realize when you get there that you're gay and cannot get hard in the presence of women.

I had the same idea a year ago. Turns out after dropping ~120lbs over a 3 year period with few diet breaks, my body had no interest in dropping below ~14% BF. Depending on how long you've been dieting, I might consider a lean gaining phase to not only add some muscle, but more importantly restore your metabolism/hormones. I wish I hadn't wasted a year trying to push though a crashed endocrine system.
Watdo?
You get used to it. I...I don't even see the food. All I see is protein, fat, carbohydrate.
