hey guys, any input is appreciated here.
my next few weeks of deadlifts weight will be ramping up like so..
1x2 @ 170kg
1x2 @ 180kg
1x2 @ 190kg
1x1 @ 195kg
1x1 @ 200kg
at the moment my final warmup is a single for 120kg. i pulled 180x2 last week with 120 as my last warmup which felt pretty okay, but im concerned that it may be wise to throw in another warmup rep in there because the weight jump will be fairly substantial i guess, but at the same time it could be wise to keep all variables constant. what think? am i being a complete fcking moron /overthinking it that 1 extra warmup rep will make any difference?

deadlifted 455 from a deficit 2day. im happy about it. cant wait to go to a gym with standard plates and max out

Pressed 365 today. Best I've done is 395
Lol I think I had a giant woosh....I have been hitting the diet hard, to where I anticipated a 2lb/week fat loss, maybe I underestimated my expenditure.
Did have a massive feed today, probably 2.5k over maintenance. Feels filled out manwww.xccellence.com

Around 208ish
I know I know! It was around then I was at strongest, hit 545 x 5 dead and pulled 585....then **** happened and training went down hill mostly due to my job going to turbo mode. Also had hormone issues and test ended up in the the low 400s until my endo got his **** together.www.xccellence.com
